Searching for -cone and SLS-free shampoo and conditioner

So I have been reading through this community and learning lots. I have hair a few inches past bra-strap length, and I color it because I am starting to go gray (at 30, no less!!) So the ends can get pretty nasty. I get about an inch trimmed twice a year.

Anyway, I have been learning a lot here about the using products with no -cones. I went to the store tonight and spent a lot of time reading labels. First, I was trying to find shampoo with no -cones and with no harsh detergents (I read here that sodium laureth sulfate was the mildest). I had a really hard time finding anything without detergent harsher than sodium laureth sulfate!

Here's what I found, let me get your opinions:
  • L'Oreal Vive Pro - Color Vive shampoo "for color-treated hair that's regular" (as opposed to the moisturising version). It has no -cones, and only sodium laureth sulfate.
  • Baby shampoo, in particular Johnsons Baby Shampoo detangling formula, which has no -cones and no SLS; but has and sorbitan laurate and sodium trideceth sulfate. Does anyone know anything about sorbitan laurate and sodium trideceth sulfate? I am assuming they are really mild versions of SLS? So what do you all think about baby shampoo?
Secondly, I had an even harder time finding conditioner without -cones. I ended up getting Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm, which has no -cones in the ingredients list.

Anyway my plan is to go to conditioner only, and only shampoo with a mild shampoo every 3-4 days (because I have a really greasy scalp). I haven't shampooed in 2 days and already my ends feel better!

So let me know what you think about the products I found. Thanks!!
